Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, followed by the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Complete ongoing documentation including diagnostic assessments, treatment plan reviews, and case notes in compliance with organizational policies.
• Maintain a full-time caseload of 25-30 client visits per week while providing high-quality services tailored to each client's needs.
• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to help clients meet and exceed their goals.
• Document each session comprehensively and in alignment with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will be engaging with individuals facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma. Your ability to connect and foster trust with clients from varied backgrounds is paramount to their success and recovery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong knowledge of family therapy concepts and an understanding of community resources that can benefit clients.
• Experience in completing clinical assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and maintaining accurate case notes.
• Proven ability to work with children, adolescents, couples, and families effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish appropriate boundaries.
• Demonstrated comfort in providing services to a diverse client base.
• Ability to clear a background check as required for working in mental health services.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a community health setting or with telehealth services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.
• Experience in fee collection practices and working within a fee-for-service model.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
