Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and therapeutic individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet each client’s unique circumstances.

• Perform thorough assessments of client needs and mental health statuses in order to develop personalized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to facilitate effective treatment and support clients in reaching their objectives.

• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights from client sessions to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any changes in mental health status through our electronic health record system.

• Remain informed about current mental health practices and developments to continually integrate new methods into your therapeutic practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will concentrate on providing therapy to a varied client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. As an LMFT, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their unique struggles while ensuring culturally competent and ethical practice is upheld in every session.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, demonstrating a strong capability in therapeutic practices.
