Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional needs, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs, goals, and circumstances.
\n
• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, while adapting strategies to meet evolving client needs.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress towards treatment goals, adjusting plans and approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support and develop safety plans for clients in acute distress.
\n
• Maintain organized and accurate client records, adhering to all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions, and remain current with advancements in mental health research and practices.

• Adhere to the ethical standards and guidelines set forth by relevant licensing boards and the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base encompasses a wide range of populations, including individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n
