Business Development Associate

Position Overview The Business Development Associate plays a critical role in driving referral growth, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and expanding NeuroPraxis’ presence across key markets. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and understands the importance of strategic outreach in healthcare and medical-legal settings. Key Responsibilities Referral Development & Growth Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key referral sources including case managers, attorneys, adjusters, and healthcare providers Execute outreach strategies to generate new client referrals in personal injury and workers’ compensation markets Track and manage referral pipeline Relationship Management Serve as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up Build long-term partnerships through education, responsiveness, and value-driven engagement Represent NeuroPraxis at meetings, conferences, and networking events Strategic Outreach & Market Expansion Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and underserved regions Collaborate with leadership on territory strategies and expansion initiatives Support targeted campaigns aligned with company growth goals Collaboration with Internal Teams Work closely with Admissions to ensure smooth handoff of referrals and timely intake processes Provide field insights to leadership to improve service delivery and stakeholder experience Align outreach efforts with NeuroPraxis’ mission, clinical model, and operational goals Reporting & Accountability Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referral sources, and outcomes Provide weekly reports on activity, pipeline status, and performance metrics Meet or exceed established referral and engagement targets Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in business development, healthcare marketing, or related field Experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, or medical-legal environments strongly preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in CRM systems Core Competencies Relationship-driven and highly personable Strategic thinker with strong execution skills Results-oriented with a sense of urgency Professional presence with high emotional intelligence Adaptable and solution-focused Compensation & Structure Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives Flexible work structure (field and remote balance) Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding organization Access to leadership mentorship and strategic initiatives Why Join NeuroPraxis?
