As a remote position within a community health clinic setting, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule while working alongside a dynamic team of professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations for mental health diagnoses, crafting and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring that high standards of care and consistent follow-up are met.

• Document clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other necessary paperwork in compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality guidelines.

• Utilize creative therapeutic techniques and interventions to empower clients, helping them to set and achieve their mental health goals.

• Participate in regular case consultations with colleagues and coordinate care with case managers, families, and other involved parties.

• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families navigating various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be essential in addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relational difficulties. Qualifications\n
