Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify patients' mental health concerns, strengths, and treatment needs, employing structured interviews and clinical observation techniques.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions to address a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma recovery.
\n
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups focused on relapse prevention, coping strategies, and personal development skills, fostering a supportive group environment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals, to develop patient-centered care approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in crisis intervention and safety planning to ensure the mental well-being of patients experiencing acute distress.

You will primarily serve individuals dealing with complex mental health issues, many of whom may have faced significant challenges related to trauma, substance use, and social determinants of health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
