Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, gathering crucial information regarding their mental health history, current concerns, and available support systems.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual counseling, family therapy, and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the client’s needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that articulate clear goals and interventions, regularly reviewing progress with clients and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and psychologists, to establish a coordinated care plan that attends to both the psychological and medical needs of the client.

• Offer crisis intervention services and risk assessment, equipping clients and their families with safety planning tools and emotional support during challenging situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client records.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups that promote mental health awareness and recovery strategies among clients and their families.

Qualifications\n
