Google’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world’s leading brands and agencies. As a member of our LCS team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market‑shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $124,000–$180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Collaborate with a team to support growth and maintain a pipeline of opportunities for existing customer accounts. Expand business and diversify marketing investment through client‑first strategy, innovative problem‑solving, and relationship building. Develop forward‑thinking, data‑supported recommendations that align with customer goals, quantify high‑impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to customers, while managing objections and evaluating campaign effectiveness. Oversee day‑to‑day business operations within the sales team, prioritizing and ensuring accountability to team goals. Deliver high‑impact presentations at client speaking engagements.
