Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage supplies and equipment efficiently while completing tasks promptly.
• Adhere to timekeeping and shift schedules, including accepting float and extended day off assignments.
• Document accurately according to unit standards and stay current with policy updates.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and multitask within your scope.
• Contribute ideas to improve unit workflow and patient experience.

Patient Satisfaction:
