Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations that include psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each student's needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans after collaborating with students to integrate their specific goals, preferences, and cultural contexts.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in various formats such as individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services, working closely with parents and teachers to coordinate care and ensure students receive the appropriate support during acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with clinic policies and HIPAA regulations, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

• Educate students and their families about mental health conditions, equipping them with knowledge and skills to improve their emotional well-being.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and educational staff, to provide integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of students.

• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment approaches, making necessary adjustments to plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health, actively incorporating new knowledge into your clinical practice.

Your primary responsibility will be to support students from diverse cultural backgrounds, most of whom may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges impacting their academic performance and social interactions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
