Key Responsibilities\n

The patients at Klarity Health come from varied backgrounds and face unique challenges, often dealing with co-occurring medical conditions that intersect with their mental health struggles. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will play an essential role in addressing their comprehensive needs, providing support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction, among others. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California.

• Proven experience in working with patients facing mental health challenges related to co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Strong adherence to professional and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and safety at all times.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 is available to successful candidates. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
