Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments for new patients to understand their mental health history, presenting problems, and treatment goals.

• Design, implement, and periodically review individualized treatment plans that address patients' specific mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions using approaches grounded in evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Respond to crises as they arise, employing de-escalation techniques and assessments to ensure patient safety and effective care.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate electronic patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic standards.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and primary care providers, to create a seamless care experience for patients.

• Engage in clinical supervision and team meetings to discuss patient care, share insights, and integrate new techniques into practice.

• Stay abreast of the latest mental health research and clinical practices, engaging in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

• Must hold an active and valid license to practice clinical social work (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your skills and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
