Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar support position within a school is highly valued.
• Ability to work comfortably with students in kindergarten through 12th grade.

• Adaptability to assist in both 1:1 and small group instructional settings.
• A proactive, patient, and compassionate approach to student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students, assisting with academic activities, classroom routines, and individual education plans as needed.
• Facilitate learning and engagement, either one-on-one or within group settings, under the guidance of classroom teachers.
• Assist in the implementation of instructional strategies and classroom management.
• Help promote a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate regularly with teaching staff to monitor progress and adjust support strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student performance and behavior.
