Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. Facilitate various therapeutic modalities including but not limited to individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, both in-person and virtually. Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy and maintain thorough, accurate therapeutic notes in compliance with state and federal regulations. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and foster collaborative treatment approaches. Engage in professional development activities to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our diverse clientele encompasses individuals across various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and presenting issues. You will have the opportunity to work with children, teenagers, adults, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The ideal candidate will be culturally sensitive and demonstrate an ability to connect effectively with a wide range of clients, understanding their unique stories and circumstances. Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred (MSW, MA, or MS in Psychology). Current California licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, including LMFT or LCSW. Must be in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and registered with CAQH. Experience in mental health assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic execution using evidence-based techniques. Exemplary organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and duties efficiently. Preferred Experience Experience working with culturally and ethnically diverse populations. Skills in providing therapy across a broad range of disorders and age groups, including children and adolescents. Fluency in Spanish or other languages is highly encouraged; bilingual candidates may receive a salary differential. Familiarity with paneling processes, specifically with Alameda Alliance, is a strong plus. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
