New Business Development Sales Specialist

Job Title: New Business Development Sales Representative Location: Must live in Florida (Remote) About Us: We are a rapidly growing IT solutions provider headquartered in Glen Ellyn, IL, delivering tailored managed services, project-based engagements, and statement-of-work (SOW) solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients. We are seeking a seasoned New Business Development Sales Representative with 5+ years of experience in B2B sales—specifically selling Managed Services, project-based solutions, and SOWs. Experience in selling offshore/nearshore services is highly desirable. We are wanting to get into the Florida market and are seeking a candidate that lives in Florida. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with a focus on Managed Services, IT projects, and SOW-based solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base in the greater Chicago area and nationally. Leverage existing network and cold outreach to build a strong pipeline of prospects. Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to craft tailored solutions that address client needs. Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Foster long-term relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction through effective account management. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Promote offshore delivery capabilities and help bridge client communication with global delivery teams. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of proven IT sales experience, focusing on MSP, project-based services, or SOW-driven engagements. Experience in selling offshore IT services is a plus. Strong understanding of the technology services industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Highly self-motivated with a hunter mentality. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
