About This Role The Nurse Manager Assistant (ANM) is a professional registered nurse who supports nursing leadership in executing strategic plans and priorities. Highlights Location: Neptune, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You’ll Do Participate in recruitment and retention strategies. Assist with unit huddles and leader rounding with employees. Participate in unit goal creation aligned with hospital goals. Lead or participate in evidence-based practice projects or research. Resolve conflicts and facilitate constructive resolutions. Complete employee corrective action plans/counseling as necessary. Prepare and conduct periodic performance evaluations for staff. Monitor the unit orientation process for all roles as necessary. Lead multidisciplinary rounds to optimize patient and family experience. Conduct root cause analysis investigations and ensure regulatory compliance. Requirements Education: Associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree required BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire preferred Experience: Minimum 3 years recent nursing experience in respective specialty required Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Licenses & Certifications: NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License required AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification required National Certification acceptable to the Magnet Recognition Program preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr IntelliResume
