Highlights Location: Neptune, NJ Facility: Jersey Shore University Medical Center Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You\'ll Do Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care. Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members. Administer medications utilizing advanced bar-scanning and documentation technologies. Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically. Provide patient and family-centered education to optimize health and wellness. Participate in multi-disciplinary discharging of patients for safe transitions. Requirements Education: - Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license required - BSN in progress and/or willingness to acquire within three (3) years of hire preferred Experience: - 2 years of recent adult critical care or emergency room nursing experience required - IABP and cath lab experience preferred Licenses & Certifications: - BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire - National certification preferred About Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack Meridian Health is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
