Highlights Location: Red Bank, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care. Communicate ongoing patient status and care plans with patients and healthcare team members. Ensure optimal patient satisfaction and care experience. Administer medications utilizing advanced clinical documentation technology. Provide patient and family-centered care to optimize health and wellness. Collaborate interdisciplinary in managing patient care plans from admission to discharge.
