Job Description Job Posting Text University of Washington Medical Center - South Lake Union & Montlake has an outstanding opportunity for a REGISTERED NURSE (RN) in the outpatient ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY AND CARDIOLOGY CLINIC.

WORK SCHEDULE

100% FTE, 40 hours weekly 8 hour Day Shift, M - F, no weekends or holiday shifts allowing for work life balance in the beautiful northwest community Department Description The Heart Institute at UW Medical Center – Montlake & SLU provides a full range of heart healthcare and prevention services including general cardiology, cardiac diagnostic imaging tests and procedures, cardiac surgery, arrhythmia management and electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, structural heart services, advanced heart failure management, heart transplant and ventricular assist devices (VADs), adult congenital heart disease management, cardiac psychiatry, cardiovascular genetics and other advanced services.

Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team consisting of cardiologists, surgeons, interventionalists, other sub-specialty nurses, advanced practice providers, research team, and administrative staff to coordinate, support, and optimize the medical care of our complex patient population Conveniently located near public transportation Make a difference for the patients and employees we serve Opportunity to provide career growth Primary Job Responsibilities Will primarily be responsible for supporting the Cardiology ambulatory clinic and the imaging department, including running Echo Stress tests and doing Definity and Bubble Studies as indicated during Transthoracic echocardiograms Managing the patient undergoing different Echocardiogram and Stress tests and doing Definity and Bubble Studies as indicated Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team consisting of cardiologists, interventionalists, other sub-specialty nurses, advanced practice providers, research team, and administrative staff to coordinate, support, and optimize the medical care of our complex patient population Requirements Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington Current BLS and ACLS 2 years of outpatient or inpatient Cardiology/Tele experience Compensation, Benefits And Position Details Pay Range Minimum $46.97 hourly Pay Range Maximum $86.17 hourly Other Compensation $1.00/hour BSN premium Overtime pay Relocation assistance available Benefits For information about benefits for this position, visit Shift First Shift (United States of America) Temporary or Regular?
