Physical Therapist (PT) Alhambra and Arcadia | $40–$50/hour | 1099 Compass Palliative Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide in‑person care to patients in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and individualized care plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and quality of life Monitor patient progress, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with facility staff and the healthcare team Requirements Active and unrestricted California Physical Therapist license Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Experience with geriatric, medically complex, or chronic‑care patients preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Reliable transportation for in‑person visits Position Details Pay: $40–$50/hour Schedule: Flexible Setting: Assisted Living Facilities Employment: 1099 Contractor Locations: Alhambra and Arcadia, CA Availability Needed: 30-32 hours/Week Alhambra 20 Hours/Week:2-10 hour shifts OR 4-5 hour shifts (Not on Fridays) Arcadia 12 Hours/Week:2-6 hour Shifts (Not on Mondays) #J-18808-Ljbffr
