Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand the mental health needs of individuals, couples, and families. This includes gathering comprehensive histories, identifying stressors, and formulating clear clinical diagnoses.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Collaborate with clients to outline specific goals and desired outcomes during treatment sessions.

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing proven therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), or solution-focused therapy, enhancing clients' coping strategies.

• Engage in inter-professional collaboration by working closely with educators, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure well-rounded support for each client’s mental health and social-emotional needs.

• Document client progress meticulously by maintaining accurate records and writing detailed progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
