Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual counseling sessions, employing therapeutic techniques for various mental health and psychosocial issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that foster peer support, discussing topics relevant to mental health issues and encouraging connection among participants.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating measurable goals and evidence-based interventions to track progress effectively.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments, developing safety plans, and coordinating access to emergency support and resources.

• Advocate for client rights and help clients navigate complex healthcare systems, including social services and community resources, empowering them to obtain necessary support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to legal and ethical standards, including progress notes and outcome measurements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, with the possibility of a sign-on bonus.
