Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine students' mental health status, identifying strengths, challenges, and available resources.

• Deliver personalized therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals and specific interventions to track progress effectively.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to address students' diverse mental health concerns.

• Work collaboratively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to mental health, promoting a supportive school environment.

• Monitor and document clients' progress and treatment outcomes, adjusting the care plan as necessary to ensure optimal results.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.
