Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform detailed assessments, diagnoses where appropriate, and continuous evaluations of patients' mental health status, leveraging tools from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to formulate individualized treatment plans that respect and incorporate cultural diversity.

• Conduct regular progress evaluations and deploy tailored interventions aimed at supporting the patients' mental health journeys.

• Prepare and maintain thorough treatment records and reports using current technology, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and department procedures.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to co-develop comprehensive treatment plans, focusing on agreed-upon goals and desired outcomes.

• Anticipate potential risks to patient safety and symptom management, working within a team-based environment to achieve shared objectives.

• Facilitate referrals and serve as an essential link between patients and other treatment providers, establishing effective relationships with a variety of clinicians and agencies.

• Provide educational guidance and mentoring for students, interns, and volunteers, enhancing their understanding of clinical practices.

• Assist in quality improvement initiatives as directed by your clinical supervisor, including peer-to-peer reviews and chart auditing to support team development.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
