Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the individual social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients, ensuring an evidence-based approach.

• Deliver tailored counseling sessions for individuals and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address diverse challenges, such as anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, emphasizing evidence-based practices to promote healing and resilience.

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive service plans that align with clients' personal goals and measurable outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele served by this role includes children and adolescents within the school system, as well as their families. You will focus on addressing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bullying, and adjustment issues. Your work will directly contribute to fostering an empathetic and supportive school environment, while also empowering families to navigate their specific challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, providing the foundational knowledge necessary for clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
