Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health status including emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to identify individual treatment needs.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and mental health services to patients, helping them cope with challenges such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are culturally competent and attuned to the specific needs of each patient.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to create a cohesive patient care strategy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
