Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to evaluate their mental and emotional states and identify areas of concern.

• Provide mental health consultations and develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.

• Implement therapeutic interventions for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, personality disorders, and stress management.

• Conduct regular check-ins to monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.

• Facilitate supportive therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities to guide clients through their healing journey.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.

• Manage documentation and maintain timely, accurate records of patient notes, treatment plans, and progress reports using our EHR system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele at our detox center, including individuals coping with substance use disorders and accompanying mental health challenges. Your role is paramount in guiding these clients through their recovery journey, providing them with essential coping strategies and emotional support during a vulnerable period of their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state where you practice.

• Current residency in California is required to ensure alignment with state licensing and practice regulations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology and EHR systems for documentation and patient interaction.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and document care appropriately.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working within detox facilities or substance abuse treatment settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
