Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status, using recognized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform individualized care plans that respect cultural diversity and specific patient needs.

• Engage in ongoing evaluations of patient progress, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies tailored to support mental health diagnoses effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of treatment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and departmental procedures through current technology.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop thorough treatment plans addressing unique needs and agreed-upon outcomes, facilitating a client-centered approach to care.

• Coordinate referrals and serve as a liaison between patients and other treatment providers, establishing beneficial relationships with clinicians and referral agencies.

Qualifications\n
