Requirement: Minimum 10 years of experience as a dental business assistant / front desk We prefer: Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend Fluent in Spanish Responsibilities: Lead our team Be completely familiar with all the duties of our front desk Business Assistants Morning huddles with staff and dentist Monitor weekly office metrics Weekly team schedule Interviewing, Hiring and monitoring staff's training Checking patients in/out Verifying insurance Treatment Planning Asking patients for referrals 401(k) with company match.
