This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still delivering exceptional care to clients. As part of our dedicated team, you will collaborate with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive support for your clients. You will utilize a range of digital tools, including Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, to maintain accurate client files and streamline communications.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and interviews with clients to evaluate their mental health and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using culturally responsive and evidence-based practices.

• Monitor clients' progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs.

• Provide clients with coping strategies and tools to navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including adults facing challenges like anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma-related issues. You will be adept at engaging with clients from various backgrounds, demonstrating cultural competence and empathy in your interactions. By understanding and respecting the unique experiences of each client, you will facilitate a supportive therapeutic environment that encourages healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

• Ability to utilize evidence-based therapy techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Strong crisis intervention skills with a proven ability to de-escalate challenging situations effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport building with clients and colleagues alike.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
