Position Summary Department: BH - Licensed-Associate Professional. Weekly hours: 40. Schedule: Monday–Friday (8am–5pm) with flexibility for on‑call or weekend work. Starting pay: $60,000. Education and Certifications Masters: Human Services (Required) Certifications required: Driver’s License (Valid, USA); Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor – Associate (LCMHC‑A); Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Associate (LCSW‑A); Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Associate (LMFT‑A). Experience 1 year working with adults with a mental health diagnosis and/or substance use disorder (Required). Key Responsibilities Provide assessment, person‑centered plan writing, and meeting facilitation to staff and individuals. Drive delivery of services and provide individual therapy for beneficiaries. Implement behavioral interventions such as modeling, behavior modification, and rehearsal. Select appropriate team staff for specialized clinical expertise. Coordinate assessment and reassessment of beneficiaries’ clinical needs. Offer clinical expertise and guidance to the team. Supervise all team members; individual supervision plans required for all except the team leader. Determine caseload based on acuity and needs. Facilitate weekly team meetings and monitor services, interventions, and activities. Complete functional needs assessments to determine scope and outcomes. Provide direct and indirect community support services. Assist staff and supported individuals in developing community relationships. Coordinate and monitor services with comprehensive tracking. Ensure admission and discharge procedures follow policy. Identify strengths and develop goals; help draft person‑centered plans. Determine required level and frequency of services and request authorizations. Monitor utilization and ensure services comply with authorization. Submit timely plan updates to funding bodies when authorization changes. Provide emergency crisis services and coordinate related services. Act as first responder in the agency on‑call structure. Facilitate debriefing after crisis events. Supervise staff, including hiring, discipline, training, and performance appraisals. Ensure team is fully staffed with qualified professionals. Maintain accurate service documentation per agency and law. Submit accurate billing and maintain medical records. Maintain positive relationships with community, families, agencies, and funders. Travel extensively to community locations and arrange transportation. Attend and participate in meetings and training as required. Maintain required certifications and compliance with policies and regulations. Qualifications Team leader must hold one of the following licenses: LMFT‑A or LMFT, LCSW‑A or LCSW, LCMHC‑A or LCMHC. An associate‑level licensed clinician actively seeking licensure may serve as team lead conditional upon full licensure within 30 calendar months.
