Workforce Development Program Manager - Disaster Recovery

WIL is seeking a Workforce Development Program Manager for disaster recovery to lead disaster-relief jobs and reemployment services for workers dislocated by natural disasters. What you'll do - Lead design of temporary disaster-relief employment and reemployment services - Coordinate with workforce boards, emergency management agencies, and employers - Plan training and career services for dislocated workers - Set up participant eligibility, worksite agreements, and supervision - Track enrollment, placement, and recovery outcomes - Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals when you authorize naming Apply to be considered.
