Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain in-depth knowledge of clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate various therapy sessions: individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing an array of evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring clear goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes that enhance client engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and holistic client care.

• Lead crisis interventions and proactive safety planning as needed, providing immediate support during critical situations.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of all clinical interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Design and facilitate psychoeducation classes, group therapy sessions, and support groups aimed at enhancing the community's overall therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n
