Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a comprehensive view for treatment planning.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with specific goals and therapeutic interventions aimed at promoting healing and enhancing overall well-being.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care and collaborative treatment approaches, facilitating regular case discussions.

• Offer crisis intervention and support services, including risk assessments and safety planning for clients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all records reflect the clinical process and treatment efficacy.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that empower clients to discuss their experiences while learning practical coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Clients often seek support for issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy obtained from an accredited program.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to a performance-based bonus structure.
