Job requirements

• Experience Range: With at least 18 years of experience in IT, including significant expertise in data engineering, analytics, and practice leadership spanning global teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive the growth and expansion of the data engineering and analytics practice across North America, achieving measurable revenue and profitability targets. 2. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and solution offerings, enabling sales and client partner teams to effectively sell Data and AI services. 3. Build and manage large delivery and technology teams, ensuring high performance and resilience across global locations such as India, Europe, the US, and near-shore centers. 4. Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with client stakeholders, advocating for customer success and delivering strategic value. 5. Shape and lead large deal strategies, demonstrating successful outcomes and elevating practice messaging across alliances, analyst relations, external events, websites, and social media. 6. Direct delivery execution, providing hands-on leadership and guidance to technology and consulting teams. 7. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence, empowering teams and developing leadership capabilities across delivery, technology, and program management. 8. Serve as a thought leader in the market, influencing industry trends and elevating the brand through strategic initiatives. Required Skills: 1. Advanced proficiency in data engineering and analytics platforms 2. Deep understanding of Data Science and AI technologies 3. Cloud expertise with Azure, AWS, or GCP 4. Hands-on experience with reporting and data management tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Alteryx, or Domo 5. Web analytics tools including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Wordpress, and A/B testing platforms 6. Statistical analysis techniques such as regression, hypothesis testing, and cluster analysis 7. Programming proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and Java Preferred Skills: 1. Experience running workshops and discovery sessions with clients 2. Consultative solutioning and roadmap development 3. Expertise in business operations and digital acumen 4. Advanced knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies 5. Familiarity with analytics-driven marketing and retargeting tools Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related discipline 2. Certification in SAFe- Leading SAFe (SA) or equivalent agile credentials Additional Information: GTM role based out of West Coast
