Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise and provide high-level clinical care for patients experiencing various psychological issues.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of your clients, while maintaining detailed treatment logs.

• Administer care to a diverse caseload, ensuring that each client receives appropriate interventions based on their unique psychological needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and collaborate closely with them to develop and implement effective resolution plans.

• Utilize advanced clinical skills to address crisis situations and provide therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mental health outcomes.

• Offer personalized counseling services, including individual, family, and conjoint therapy, while making referrals to specialized professionals when necessary for comprehensive care.

• Evaluate patient and provider needs continuously to develop actionable psychological service plans within the primary care setting.

• Conduct mental health evaluations and integrate them into the coordinated care structure, ensuring compliance with best practices.

• Create and maintain strategy outlines and progress summaries, revising treatment plans as necessary to support client development.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory for this role.

• Demonstrated ability to supervise clinical care with a high level of proficiency.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500, along with opportunities for additional bonuses based on state licensure, reaching up to $2,000. Enjoy the flexibility of designing your schedule with hours ranging from 5 to 40 per week, depending on your availability.
