Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from a regionally accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or an equivalent credential.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• A strong capacity to understand and empathize with clients’ experiences and feelings, fostering a safe therapeutic environment.

• General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing processes, and mental health documentation standards.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with specific populations or behavioral health challenges, such as substance abuse or crisis intervention, will be advantageous. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems will also enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
