Manage and maintain a high‑velocity pipeline, surpassing ambitious new‑logo targets through disciplined execution and accurate forecasting. Collaborate with technical experts and cross‑functional teams to design and deliver best‑in‑class solutions. Stay ahead of market and technology trends, continuously innovating your sales approach and driving Zendesk’s AI leadership. Regularly utilize automation and personalization to optimize outreach, deepen engagement, and set the pace for AI‑first selling. Travel required to engage with prospects and drive business growth. What You Bring To The Role BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales success with a strong record of exceeding new business goals. Proven ability to close complex, executive‑level sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders. Skilled in building trusted relationships with VP and C‑suite audiences. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal‑closing abilities both virtually and in‑person. Proficient with AI, analytics, and digital sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Groove, Clari). Tech‑savvy, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Deep understanding of AI and technology trends shaping customer experience. The US annualized OTE (On Target Earnings) range for this position is $230,000.00–$344,000.00 with a pay mix of 50/50 (base/commission). This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. The offer for the successful candidate will be based on job‑related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration—while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week; the specific in‑office schedule will be determined by the hiring manager.
