Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a paraprofessional, you’ll be a core member of a collaborative school team, working closely with teachers and staff to help foster an inclusive and engaging learning experience for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized or small-group support to students, under teacher direction
- Assist in implementing personalized education plans and classroom accommodations
- Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere conducive to student growth
- Help supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and lunch/recess periods
- Support classroom organization and daily lesson preparation
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar classroom support role
- Strong communication skills with both students and colleagues
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support classroom needs as they arise
- Patient, compassionate approach working with diverse learners
- Ability to follow instructional guidance and maintain confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant coursework a plus
