Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to establish clients' mental health status, personal goals, and specific needs.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring alignment with clients’ goals and desired outcomes.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to adult clients using various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

• Utilize our telehealth platform to conduct virtual therapy sessions, allowing for flexibility and convenience for both therapists and clients.

• Administer crisis intervention services as necessary, employing strong clinical judgment to support clients in moments of acute need.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Earned a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust and rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
