Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Providing both individual and couples therapy across a spectrum of age groups, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s needs.

• Completing exhaustive and timely documentation for all client interactions and ensuring that comprehensive treatment notes are kept up to date.

• Scheduling regular follow-up appointments with clients and maintaining an organized calendar system to manage client sessions effectively.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues, participating in case consultations, and contributing to a culture of shared learning and peer support.

• Handling diverse clinical presentations—including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more—with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, given the demands of a full-time client load (a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, with at least two evenings available).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with additional performance-based bonuses. Our benefits package includes:
