Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive mental health counseling tailored for youth and young adults facing emotional and behavioral challenges, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

• Conduct thorough assessments including intake evaluations and psychosocial assessments to develop individualized treatment plans addressing each patient’s unique needs.

• Implement and monitor intervention strategies and behavioral therapy techniques, modifying approaches based on patient feedback and progress, ensuring effective support.

• Maintain accurate and robust documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security regarding patient information.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with healthcare practitioners to enhance holistic care and to discuss patient progress, treatment efficacy, and referrals for additional services.

• Participate in continuous professional development, remaining abreast of innovative practices, trends, and legal requirements within the mental health field.

Qualifications\n
