We work with some of the highest quality seafood available and are looking for leaders who take pride in mentoring others while maintaining the highest culinary standards.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Executive Sushi Chef in leading daily kitchen operations.
• Break down whole fish and ensure proper handling and storage of premium seafood.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Train, coach, and develop sushi chefs and kitchen team members.
• Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost controls.
• Ensure all health, sanitation, and food safety standards are met.
• Help create a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.
• Lead service while maintaining efficiency in a high-volume environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Sushi Sous Chef, Lead Sushi Chef, or Senior Sushi Chef.
• Strong fish fabrication and knife skills.
• Experience managing kitchen teams, scheduling, ordering, and inventory.
• High-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Passion for coaching and developing team members.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
