Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults, a demographic that faces unique mental health challenges. Utilizing telehealth, you will engage with clients who may encounter geographic or financial barriers to traditional therapy, ensuring accessibility and immediate support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure in the state of California as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapeutic interventions, particularly via telehealth.
\n
• Advanced computer skills, specifically with EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and general software (Google Suite).
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
\n
• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality in a home office environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
