Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and concerns, establishing a therapeutic relationship and fostering a safe environment for open dialogue.

• Create and implement customized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to address the specific issues presented by clients.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment strategies in collaboration with clients to optimize their path to recovery, ensuring interventions are contextually sensitive and responsive to their evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in counseling or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n
