Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families using secure platforms.

• Design comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique emotional and behavioral needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy to facilitate client progress.

• Regularly assess client progress and modify therapeutic interventions in response to their evolving needs.

• Provide educational resources on coping strategies and mental health best practices to enhance client resilience.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance treatment strategies and foster collaborative care.

Therapists at Home Hope & Healing, Ltd work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various life challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current LMFT license in the state of California.

• Strong clinical skills and a solid foundation in treatment planning and psychotherapeutic techniques.

• Proficiency in conducting virtual therapy sessions and familiarity with telehealth technologies.

• Ability to create a trusting and nurturing therapeutic atmosphere for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of direct clinical therapy experience, preferably in a community health or outpatient setting.

• Compensation range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
