We’re hiring experienced CNC Lathe Machinists who can independently set up, run, and prove out parts on modern Fanuc-controlled turning centers. Multiple shifts available.Pay Range: $25–$35/hrShift: 2nd Shift (Mon–Thurs) (+8% Shift Differential)What You’ll DoSet up and operate CNC lathes and turning centers utilizing Fanuc controlsPerform complete machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and program prove-outsMachine aerospace components to tight tolerances and quality requirementsUtilize machine probing and inspection equipment to verify dimensions and maintain process controlRead and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T requirementsPerform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instrumentsTroubleshoot machining issues including tool wear, chatter, surface finish concerns, and tolerance driftMaintain production efficiency while ensuring compliance with quality standardsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of CNC lathe machining experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing environmentsProven ability to perform independent setups and program prove-outsStrong experience with Fanuc controlsExperience machining tight-tolerance components (±0.001” or better)Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skillsExperience using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, indicators, and other precision measuring equipmentFamiliarity with live tooling, multi-axis lathes, or twin-spindle machines is a plusReliable, safety-minded, and detail-orientedCOM055Nesco Resource is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristics with respect to employment opportunities.
