Director of Product

Role Description

Fluke Health Solutions (FHS) is seeking a Director of Product to lead and scale a high-performing product organization responsible for both defining the future of our portfolio growth investments and delivering strong in-market performance today. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle of hardware and software products in the healthcare equipment quality assurance market. You will lead a team of Product Managers and Product Planners to ensure clear decisions on what to build, when to build it, and how to win in-market.

You will operate at both the strategic and business operations level, balancing long-term growth strategy with near-term results and influencing key stakeholders across the organization. Success in this role requires the ability to drive transformation, scale teams and processes, and consistently deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of product management or portfolio leadership experience.
• Proven track record of delivering results through a team in a matrix org structure.
• Experience across strategy, product development, and business operations processes.
• Ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders.
• Growth mindset and adaptability.
