Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients based on identified needs, ensuring sessions are tailored to promote mental well-being.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments, determining the appropriateness of further intervention and developing care plans accordingly.

• Monitor and maintain a caseload effectively, documenting assessment findings, treatment plans, and client progress accurately in a timely manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily engage with children and families grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required, although candidates with relevant Master's degrees are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n
