Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with educational personnel, fellow therapists, and mental health professionals to develop and implement individualized client-centered treatment plans.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning as necessary to ensure the well-being of clients in crisis situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to enhance community and peer support.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, share updates, and review treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
